You can hear all sorts of noises early morning like staff talking to each other, or when CLeaning next door. I also would like to put a complaint in please- 25th of may was a wedding event at your place. 27th may I had noticed my branded “Charlotte tilbury “ foundation went missing from my room, it was definitely stolen from house keeping. I did not complain in the day as I thought I will clear the room myself just incase I find it, but unfortunately it wasn’t nowhere to be found. It’s a very expensive item and am very upset.

Loveeeeed this hotel. Excellent hotel in every aspect, from cleanliness to the layout of the rooms but most of all the staff from Bella, Ikram,Swarnali,Rahul,Hetal, and not forgetting Badal and dilip who were always so helpful, polite and always went way beyond and made us feel like royalty. They are the ones who make you want to come back again and again. I will definitely recommend the hotel to others in the future.

This is where the modern hotel, probably by volume of trade year round, scores over holiday type accommodation. A scrupulously clean hotel with pleasant staff: the weary traveller asks no more.

Nothing to dislike, everything worked as it should do. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent, the rooms are exceptionally clean, can’t fault anyone or anything concerning the hotel.

The hotel is a gem in the middle of an industrial area that is a true place of rest and relaxation after a day out! The restaurant, service and those serving everywhere was exceptional
